What is private label cosmetics manufacturing?
Private label means selecting an available product and applying your own brand identity through the logo, label, component decoration and outer packaging. It is generally faster than developing a completely new cosmetic formula.
What is the difference between private label, OEM and ODM?
Private label usually uses a ready-made cosmetic formula. OEM follows agreed buyer specifications. ODM can include broader product-development support such as cosmetic formula direction, shades, packaging and positioning.
Do you offer custom cosmetic development?
Yes. If ready-made cosmetic formulas do not match your project, we can review custom shade, texture, finish or cosmetic formula requirements. Development time, testing and MOQ will differ from a stock cosmetic formula route.
Do you offer labels and hot stamping?
Yes. Available decoration routes may include full-color labels, screen printing, hot stamping and printed outer boxes. The suitable method depends on packaging material, artwork, color requirements and order quantity.
Can I use my own packaging?
You may propose buyer-supplied packaging, but samples must be tested for cosmetic formula compatibility, filling or pressing equipment, sealing, leakage and assembly before bulk production.
What do I need to get started?
Send your company and contact details, product category, target market, reference product, desired shades, preferred packaging, estimated quantity, target price and launch date. A US Tax ID or EIN is not required to submit an international inquiry.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Cosmetic formula, shade and packaging samples can be arranged. Sample fees, courier cost, preparation time and revision scope are confirmed for the selected project.
How can I evaluate your products?
Start with a sample order. Evaluate color, texture, application, fragrance, packaging fit and appearance, then send consolidated feedback before final approval.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on cosmetic formula, shade count, packaging component, decoration method and outer box. Ready-made cosmetic formulas with stock packaging usually provide the most flexible starting route. See the MOQ guide.

WEIERLI project coordination is based in Hebei, China. Production, inspection and shipping arrangements are confirmed for each product and order.
Do you offer clean-style or vegan cosmetic formulas?
Clean-style or vegan cosmetic formula options can be discussed, but ingredient requirements, exclusions and claims must be reviewed for the specific product and destination market.
What products do you offer?
Our catalog covers eyeshadow, blush, lipstick, lip gloss, lip oil, mascara, false eyelashes and makeup tools. If the format or shade is not listed, ask whether a custom-development route is available.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Air, sea and courier options can be coordinated according to destination, order size, delivery terms and product restrictions. Freight, customs and importer responsibilities are confirmed before shipment.

Total cost depends on product type, cosmetic formula route, shades, quantity, packaging, labels or hot stamping, testing, outer boxes and shipping. We need a clear project brief before preparing an accurate quotation.
